TRG Group Employees Rally For March of Dimes

Employees of the St. Louis-based TRG Group recently marked the 5th year working with the March of Dimes to help fight birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. TRG participants raised both awareness and money through a variety of company-wide events all leading up to the March for Babies, an annual walk with thousands of participants. Together, TRG Group and parent company, Centric Group, helped raise $57,000 to help the cause.

Throughout the months of March and April, TRG held raffles and silent auctions, collecting money and volunteers for the 39th annual March for Babies. “The response from everyone was overwhelming,” said March of Dimes team co-captain, Sarah Paikai. “It never ceases to amaze me just how much everyone cares,” she added.

“We had great results from all the activities. Not only were we able to raise money and awareness for the March of Dimes, but we had a great time,” said Dana Akers, March of Dimes team co-captain. “It couldn’t have been such a success without the support of our fellow employees.”

For more than 70 years the March of Dimes has been dedicated to fighting premature birth and other life-threatening birth defects through education, and research. The charitable walk has raised more than $1.7 billion to fund research and programs to prevent premature birth.
