Las Vegas-based Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint have hired Christina Cordova, Drea Tafoya and Stella Mejia as customer service representatives. Shellie Rucinski has been hired as a quality control manager.
As customer service representatives, the three new hires are responsible for ensuring order quality and ship dates.
“We’re pleased our business growth has enabled us to expand our customer service department to continue to provide the high quality our customers expect,” commented Monique Favreau, director of operations.
Rucinski was a testing compliance specialist for Nuclear & Regulatory Support Services (NRSS), a subcontractor for the U.S. Department of Energy. At NRSS she was responsible for the test coordination office field and laboratory testing quality assurance, development and implementation of corrective action plans, program and procedure development, documentation of supplier technical and quality requirements, and the control of measuring and test equipment and calibration standards. She has earned a degree in interdisciplinary engineering from Boston University.
Rucinski will take on a new role expanding the company’s quality and testing procedures, serving as a process control technical resource. As a quality control manager, she will coordinate all process testing and quality certificates. She will also work with our manufacturing departments to develop and maintain their process controls.
