Visstun and Digispec Promote Vincent Gates and Paula Piano

Las Vegas-based Suppliers and sister companies Visstun and DIGISPEC have promoted Vincent Gates to Visstun marketing graphic artist and promoted Paula Piano from director of sales to director of sales and marketing.

Vincent Gates was originally hired as the graphic artist for Visstun in 2007. His experience as a senior cup graphic artist made him a prime candidate for the Visstun graphic artist position in the marketing department. Vincent will be a part of the creative services team, and will provide a wide spectrum of support from traditional print to complex acquisition of web and multi-variant marketing efforts. He studied art and design at San Antonio College.

Paula Piano began her career with the company in November 2006 as the marketing coordinator for the Visstun brand. She was then promoted to sales and marketing manager, where she was responsible for managing print and online advertising, creating marketing collateral, working tradeshows and developing both the Visstun product line and its sales team. From there she moved on to become sales director where she directed activity of sales managers for all brands, developed training programs for both new and veteran sales counselors and managers, and conducted regular coaching and counseling sessions to build motivation and increase selling skills. Additionally, she was responsible for product testing as well as research and development.

In this new role, she will continue with her responsibilities as a sales director, and in addition she will endeavor to maintain Visstun, DIGISPEC and CounterPoint brand presence in the industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
