Wolfmark, Neenah, Wis., announced its acquisition of Creative Imprints, Menasha, Wis., last week. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are excited about the additional imprinting capabilities that this acquisition brings to Wolfmark‘s customers,” Boyd Sterling, Wolfmark’s managing partner, said. “The acquisition of Creative Imprints continues our initiative to offer creative and quick-turn solutions for imprinting our extensive inventory of stock items.”
Creative Imprints—which has moved its entire operation, including equipment and all employees, to Wolfmark’s headquarters—will provide more imprint options for customers. New available imprints consist of laser etching, debossing, pad printing, and appliqué options for complex embroidery.
“Every item we stock will be able to be decorated by one of these methods in-house,” Sterling said. “This will save our customers both time and money by removing the need to ship our items to other locations to be imprinted.”
“We have been searching for the right acquisition for some time.” he added, “We have been adding new products and expanding our line for the last few years, so now adding additional imprinting options for those products is the best way to service our customers.”
