I like whiskey. A lot. Doesn’t matter what form it takes—bourbon, scotch, rye, I like them all. I even had some corn whiskey, a.k.a. moonshine, last weekend. It tasted exactly like corn and rubbing alcohol. Mostly rubbing alcohol. I don’t recommend it, but I had to try it.
Bourbons are my go-to, but this weekend is St. Patrick’s Day, and that means it’s all about Irish whiskey.
