Ask the Accountant…
Question: My QBO is doing odd, glitchy kind of things. Is there anything I can do for it?
Answer: QuickBooks Online (QBO) can have issues. You can try the universal fix of shutting the program and your computer down and restarting it.
When you reopen QBO, do so with the Chrome or Edge browser, and open in an Incognito window. That can avoid a problem if you have too many cookies that can interfere with the operation of the program.
For an Incognito window, right-click on the Chrome icon and select “New Incognito Window.” For Edge, right-click on the Edge icon and select “New InPrivate Window.” Doing this avoids cookies/cache issues.
