Irving, Texas-based Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) announced Laurie A. Tucker, senior vice president of corporate marketing for FedEx Services, will serve as the keynote speaker at PPAI’s sixth-annual Women’s Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas, July 26 to 29, 2010 at the Omni Mandalay Hotel.
Since joining the FedEx Corporation in 1978, Tucker has gained extensive experience in a plethora of areas such as marketing, sales, technology, customer service and finance. In her current role, she has been instrumental in developing marketing strategies for several sponsorship marketing programs. Her team is also responsible for building, shaping and managing the FedEx brand.
A marketer and a mom, Tucker will be on hand to share how she has successfully juggled work and homelife, while building one of the most powerful brands in the world. She will also cover how Fortune 100 companies view the promotional products industry, how products are being used and what future opportunities are available.
