Memphis-based PromoVision Palomino has hired Michael Koronis as national sales manager. Koronis has more than 17 years industry experience, working for companies such as BIC, Senator Pen and Dunbrooke.
“Mike is very well known in the industry and his experience in both sales and sales management makes him a perfect match for PromoVision Palomino,” said David Campochiaro, president. “We are truly excited to have Mike on our team.”
A resident of Kansas City, Mo., Koronis will concentrate on key accounts and attend regional and national trade shows. Stop by and meet him at The SAAC Show in Long Beach, Calif. on Aug. 2 and 3.
The company has also hired Melissa Garrett as operations assistant. Garrett has extensive sales and customer service experience both in and out of the promotional products industry. Prior to joining the PromoVision Palomino team this past June, she worked at Polar Rep and Mid-American in Memphis. Garrett will focus on operational efficiencies including working with the company’s new Hong Kong office merchandiser Joyce Tsui.
Tsui was recently named senior merchandiser for Hong Kong after working part-time with PromoVision Palomino’s sales and customer service department for four years. Effective Sept. 1, she will work exclusively for PromoVision Palomino and will be based in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Tsui will continue to provide merchandising support and act as manufacturing liaison for the company’s many overseas projects.
“Joyce has a strong background in merchandising and sales,” noted Campochiaro. “Her support over the years has been invaluable and we look forward to the additional opportunities and creativity she brings to our team.”
