International Merchandise Concepts (IMC), Pacoima, Calif., announced an operational alliance with supplier Goodfaire, a division of Lanex Corporation, whereby Goodfaire will consolidate its customer service and daily business activities into the IMC operation. Effective immediately, all distributor calls, faxes and emails to Goodfaire will forward to IMC.
According to Goodfaire president Ben Chang, “We are very comfortable placing our customer service and daily operations into IMC’s hands. IMC has a 5 out of 5 star ranking with ASI, and a SAGE ‘A’ Rating.”
International Merchandise Concepts has aggressively expanded its product line from three brands to 33 brands over the past five years, with Goodfaire being the 34th brand. IMC’s expansion plans and the addition of brands will continue throughout 2011 and into 2012.
