More than 957,000.
That’s how many pounds of product Cintas (asi/162167) donated to Matthew 25: Ministries, an international humanitarian aid and disaster relief nonprofit, during the Counselor Top 40 distributor’s most recent fiscal year (June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024).
The impressive tally was one highlight from Cintas’ just-published Fiscal Year 2024 Community Impact Report, which includes information and data about philanthropic initiatives that the firm supported through Cintas Cares – the company’s charitable outreach/community support platform.
“At Cintas, our philanthropic initiatives are at the heart of who we are,” said President/CEO Todd Schneider. “They reflect our dedication to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.”
Employees play a big role in the effort. For instance, over the course of a 20-plus year partnership, Matthew 25: Ministries employees have donated more than 4 million articles of clothing to the nonprofit. Since 1998, Cintas has given more than 29 million pounds of clothing overall to help power the organization’s humanitarian efforts.
