Question: Can I attach documents in QBO?
Answer: Yes, you can attach documents in various places in QBO including:
- Customer Profiles
- Vendor Profiles
- Invoices
- Bills
- Estimates
This can be a very helpful way to organize your documents for reference if needed later.
Also, unlike QB Desktop files where attachments are in a different file from the backups and can be lost with a backup, the attachments in QBO should stay in the file.
