Southeastern Printing, a provider of print services like digital, offset and wide-format printing; direct mail; and branded merchandise and kits, announced that it has acquired Sunbelt Graphics and Sunbelt Dimensional. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition will reportedly bolster Southeastern’s business by offering enhanced capabilities in its packaging and printing sectors.
“The future of print isn’t just ink on paper – it’s the entire physical experience of a brand and how they leverage technology to communicate their vision,” Southeastern CEO Don Mader said. “By bringing Sunbelt into the Southeastern family, we’re expanding our ability to elevate our client’s brands, creating impactful marketing and dimensional pieces that work seamlessly with their print, promo and fulfillment programs. This acquisition accelerates our vision and enhances the value we bring to every client engagement.”
In addition to its capabilities in printing, packaging, promotional products, warehousing and kitting, Southeastern also operates its proprietary direct mail platform Boombox, as well as an online storefront and supply chain management platform, BrandStash. SEP, the company’s dedicated promotional products arm, was named one of South Florida’s fastest-growing companies in 2025 by the South Florida Business Journal.
Sunbelt specializes in a variety of both traditional print methods and modern services ranging from digital printing, variable data, die cutting, special print effects and coatings, drop-shipping and mass mailing services and logistics. The company will continue to operate under the name Sunbelt Dimensional.
“We’ve always been passionate about helping clients stand out through creative printing and dimensional formats,” Sunbelt Dimensional’s former CEO, Bob Bernstein, said. “Joining Southeastern lets us plug that creativity into a larger integrated platform – where print, promo, fulfillment and high-end digital storefront technology work together. Our clients will benefit from expanded capabilities, deeper resources and a broader geographic footprint.”
