The vibe was not one of uncertainty, concern, or fear. Instead, PRINTING United Expo 2026 hosted resilience, hunger for knowledge and an experience that brought print to life in Las Vegas Sept. 23-25.
Rather than back away from the challenges that the year has presented, the industry chose to step up and face them head-on with “ruthless efficiency,” showing that print is not only not dead, but alive and more powerful than ever. Preliminary results point to another highly successful gathering of the global printing community with 27,000 registered attendees from 100 countries and 850-plus exhibitors spanning approximately one million square feet of show floor space, according to PRINTING United Alliance.

“The energy throughout PRINTING United Expo 2026 was extraordinary,” said Ford Bowers, president and CEO, the Alliance. “What we saw in Las Vegas was an industry moving forward with confidence, investing in new technology, entering new markets, building stronger businesses, and finding new ways to grow. The size and scope of this event are impressive, but its true impact comes from bringing the entire printing community together to exchange ideas, create opportunities, and shape what comes next.”

If you were unable to attend the show, or you were there but simply couldn’t experience everything, the following is but a slice of what the apparel decorating community experienced.
