Proforma Infinite Marketing Solutions, a Cleveland-based organization that offers graphic communication business solutions, announced its acquisition of Image Builders Unlimited, a promotional products company based in East Lansing, Mich. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“This acquisition will more than double my sales,” David Szidik, owner of Proforma Infinite Marketing Solutions, said. “We are providing Image Builders Unlimited’s customers with the same great customer service they’ve come to expect, with added products and services such as print, video, Web services and much more.”
The Proforma Mergers and Acquisitions Team supports Proforma in the development and implementation of an acquisition growth strategy. This year, the team helped to acquire more than 25 businesses.

Szidik, a 10-year veteran of the industry who has worked with Proforma for about half of that time, began working with the team this year to identify opportunities to significantly grow the business. Establishing relationships with promotional products distributors and print brokers possibly interested in selling, led to the successful buyout of Image Builders Unlimited.
