Crystal D, the awards supplier located in St. Paul, Minn., has announced new positions in its sales and accounting departments.
Steve LaFalce, MAS, has been hired as territory manager for the northeast territory. LaFalce has 30 years of experience in the promotional products industry as a supplier representative. As a territory manager, LaFalce will be building business relationships in the northeastern part of the country.
Sandy Nichols, MAS, has more than 10 years industry experience—with industry suppliers for eight years and with distributors for three years. Her role at Crystal D is sales support where she will be lending her expertise to customers as they create new sales opportunities using awards.
“I truly enjoy being part of this industry,” Nichols said. “I understand the award market and enjoy working with distributors on recognition projects.”
Paula Doll has moved from customer service to accounting as an accounting clerk. She will be responsible for assisting customers with accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing.
