Hub Pen Company Rep Receives SAAGNY Award

Colleen Bibby, customer service representative for Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., has received the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY) Customer Service Representative of the Year Award.

Bibby has been with Hub Pen Company for three years, providing customer service for the company’s customers in New York and Hawaii.

“It’s an honor,” Bibby said. “I’ve had a good rapport with my customers and feel I’ve always been able to make it work, but I wasn’t expecting this.”

Bibby received the award at SAAGNY’s 60th Anniversary Celebration held at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle, N.Y. SAAGNY distributor members nominated her for consistently providing superior customer service and reliability, working respectfully and diligently to resolve problems, and providing an example of integrity and professionalism for both Hub Pen Company and the promotional products industry.

“We are all very proud of Colleen and this great recognition she is receiving. She is the face of Hub Pen and has a can-do attitude that helped her win this prestigious award,” said Joe Fleming, president of Hub Pen Company. “We are also very proud of all of Hub Pen. Without a spectacular team behind her, working alongside her and backing her up, this award would not have been possible for Colleen.”
