Prime Line Invests Millions on New IT System to Enhance Customer Service

Bridgeport, Connecticut-based Prime Line announced it recently added a new state-of-the-art enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to improve its customer service.

“We implemented the system in early September–and not one customer knew that we had transitioned to this new system–which speaks to how well we planned the implementation,” said Jeff Lederer, executive vice president. “The efficiencies this is already creating for Prime will benefit distributors for many years.”

Lederer added, “This new system will provide added and enhanced support and features that will allow our customer service team to even better service our distributors.”
