Geiger, Lewiston, Maine, announced the site of its 2017 sales incentive award ceremony, Galaxy of Stars, during its 2016 event held in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It will host its 2017 event in Panama at the Secrets Playa Bonita, from May 16 to 19, 2017.
Each year, Geiger holds the Galaxy of Stars to reward qualifying sales representatives for sales achievements in the prior year. This year’s event included more than 160 sales representatives, guests and industry sponsors.
“We strive to make each Galaxy an enjoyable event,” said Jim Habzda, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Geiger. “The response to our announcement of Panama as next year’s location was met with an overwhelming response. Panama has become a well sought after tourist destination rich in history and culture. Our salespeople are looking forward to this incredible venue.”
Participation in Galaxy of Stars is based on a combination of sales volume and commission earnings. Geiger also invites key production partners to sponsor and participate in this incentive event.
