Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon has become a bit of a T-shirt mogul recently, or at least a great inspiration for funny T-shirts. His sage wisdom of, “Try not to suck,” was so popular that it ended up on a T-shirt that caused the St. Louis Cardinals to change rules in their stadium. The best part is that all of his wacky T-shirts benefit his Respect 90 foundation.
Now, Maddon and Korked Baseball, the company that sells the “Try not to suck” T-shirts, have created All-Star-Game-themed “Try not to suck” T-shirts.
The T-shirts still feature Maddon’s trademark thick-rimmed glasses and the phrase, but are more reminiscent of the 2016 All-Star Game logo. The T-shirt also includes the numbers of the seven Cubs players playing in the game.
