This speaks volumes about their dedication and loyalty, as well as showcases the lifetime career opportunity Vernon has offered our 600-plus employees.” Vernon concluded, “These people are one of the key reasons why Vernon has prospered over the past 11 decades. In a society focused too much on short-term results, Vernon stands out from the rest in terms of a positive workplace environment.”
