SAAC Reports Oscar-winning Red Carpet Event

The Specialty Advertising Association of California (SAAC) unveiled an updated SAAC show to enthusiastic exhibitors and attendees at last week’s Long Beach, Calif. show. “This year we had the rare opportunity to reinvent and rebrand the show from the ground up,” said Rick Greene, MAS, president of SAAC and Regional Vice President for Sterling, Illinois-based distributor HALO/ Lee Wayne. “People were blown away by the new look and layout.”

The show’s new entrance, lined with a red carpet, proved a worthy prop for 2009’s theme: “It’s Show Time!” Greene explained the choice, “A red carpet just looks different. We wanted attendees to know it was the same warm and friendly event, with some new twists.”

Greene continued, “The SAAC Board is thrilled with the success of our 2009 SAAC Show in Long Beach! We had the unique opportunity to rebrand and redesign our show from the ground up this year and the response from our suppliers and distributors was an overwhelming thumbs up.”

The SAAC Show 2010 will be held in Long Beach from August 4 to 5 next year.
