Polyconcept North America (PCNA), New Kensington, Pa., announced the addition of Lisa LeMond and Vanessa Headland to its sales team.
LeMond will join the sales management team as national sales manager for the western region while Headland will become a member of the central region field sales team.
Since 2012, LeMond has served as the director of sales for Barton Nelson and then Gill Studios Inc., Lenexa, Kan., after Gill acquired Barton Nelson last year. There, she was responsible for building a sales organization, developing a sales team strategy and leading the execution of that strategy. With a focus on trade shows and industry regional associations, she and the team reversed a trend of declining sales. She also worked on the integration of Barton Nelson’s Bebco line after its acquisition.
Headland previously worked at Rume, a retail-focused tote manufacturer that’s been making inroads with the promotional products industry. Based in Colorado, Vanessa will be responsible for Arizona, Colorado and Utah.
