Express-A-Button, Dakota, Minn., announced today that it has acquired Nashville, Tennessee-based Sanders Manufacturing Co. (SAMCO).
SAMCO, a 97-year-old supplier, will relocate to Dakota with Express-A-Button.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
