Were you one of the lucky McDonald’s fans to grab a bottle of its secret Big Mac sauce? If not, you might have to pay a pretty penny to get one.
People are already selling the bottles, which were given away this week at participating restaurants, online for as high as $10,000. (Yes, we meant to type that many zeroes.)
We didn’t believe it when we first saw it either, so, like any responsible journalists, we did some fact checking.
After a quick ebay search, we first only saw some for more than $50, but less than $100. That’s a lot for a condiment, but it’s not the absurd number we saw before.
As we scrolled, though, the numbers went to above $150, then above $250, then $500, and then, suddenly, $10,000.
But hey, at least you can get free shipping.
