4imprint Doubles Promotional Products Grants Commitment for 2016

4imprintFor 10 years, the one by one program from Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based 4imprint has awarded at least one $500 promotional products grant every business day. In 2015, the one by one program saw its greatest demand for in-kind promotional products contributions from nonprofit organizations—up more than 21 percent over 2014. Based on that need, the one by one program will double that commitment in 2016, awarding at least two $500 in-kind promotional products grants every business day.

“Over the last 10 years, we’ve been wowed by the clever ways nonprofit organizations have used promotional products to make things happen,” said Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO of 4imprint. “They’ve found thousands of unique ways to thank donors and volunteers, raise funds, build awareness, and help people in need. It’s inspiring to see how their creativity improves lives and makes our communities better places to live.”

Facing a growing number of requests for promotional products grants, 4imprint donated nearly $450,000 in promotional items through its one by one program in 2015.

The company awarded a total of 893 promotional products grants in 2015, including fourth-quarter donations of $86,000 to 172 organizations. Among the fourth-quarter recipients:

  • Viviana’s Memory Boxes will use the Soft Cover Bound Journals in memory boxes it gives to grieving mothers who have lost their children during birth. The journals help women process their feelings while they go through this difficult time.
  • Keystone Pet Enhanced Therapy Services will give away Fuzzy Bunch – Dogs T-shirts in yellow at its annual fundraising dinner event. Proceeds support its goal of providing human/animal interaction to those in need of comfort, encouragement and rehabilitation.
  • Youth Empowerment and Support Services will host a Homeless for a Night fundraiser in June using its Fitness Mats with Carrying Case. The event is held at a local baseball field where participants will sleep outside for the night. A sponsor has pledged $100 to each participant who forgoes a tent and chooses to sleep only on the fitness mat for the night.
