AIA Adds Imprints by Joyce and MDM Pro to Distributor Community

AIA Corporation LogoIn the first month of 2020, AIA, Appleton, Wis., welcomed Imprints by Joyce and MDM Pro to its community of nearly 300 distributors and more than 3,000 supplier partners. These new owners will benefit from AIA’s suite of business services, including technology, marketing, purchasing, financing and sales support.

“We are excited to welcome Imprints by Joyce and MDM Pro to the AIA family and look forward to helping these entrepreneurs take their companies to the next level and beyond,” said Kimberly Fulford, senior vice president of owner success. “We routinely hear that distributors decide to partner with AIA because of our connected community; the accessibility and knowledge of our internal support team; our commitment to AIA’s core values; and the technical, sales planning, marketing and company store resources we provide.”

AIA has invested heavily in upgrading its technology and service offerings. This includes new company store and order entry systems; expanding its owner success team with experienced hires; developing new marketing programs; and relocating its headquarters to Appleton, in a space that supports growth and collaboration.

“We’re thrilled at the response we’ve received from our owner community to the investments we’ve made,” said AIA CEO Matt Gresge. “They help existing owners run their business smarter and profitability, and are proving attractive to distributors who are seeking a partner that will meet their marketing and business needs, while still retaining their independence.”

With more than 30 years in the industry, Joyce Carroll is a branding consultant and owner of Imprints by Joyce based in Churubusco, Ind.

“AIA will provide me with an entirely different way of running my business, while still allowing me to be an independent business owner,” said Carroll. “It’s a change that was essential to the future success of the business I’ve worked hard to build. I take pride in the personal relationships I have with my clients and believe this human aspect is the key to success. By working with AIA to simplify certain aspects of my business, I now have more time to build relationships with new and current customers. It takes time and attention to focus on growth, and I have no doubt I can accomplish this with AIA by my side.”
