AIA Corporation (AIA), Neenah, Wis., announced owner satisfaction survey results. AIA owners have scored the service they receive from AIA even higher than in previous years. Because AIA owners receive products and services from multiple areas, getting feedback is essential.
“The voice of the customer helps us gain a perspective of the true challenges owners face every day,” said Michelle Dalton, AIA director of account services. “What I am most proud of is the fact that we follow through and take action. Over the past seven years we have incorporated this feedback into our company’s strategic planning while also making various improvements on a smaller scale. This year we have expanded the survey so we can gain a broader understanding of where our opportunities lie across the organization and how we can better serve our owners.”
“At AIA we pride ourselves on building relationships through exceptional customer service and professionalism,” added Marie Miller, AIA director of continuous improvement. “Our associates receive ongoing training, such as active listening and improving communication to help them develop the skills necessary to effectively meet the needs of our customers. The 2014 AIA Customer Satisfaction Survey highlights that our team members are very knowledgeable and respond quickly to inquiries. Customers are our No. 1 priority at AIA, and we’re looking forward to continuing the trend of excellent customer service in 2015 and beyond.”
AIA recognized individual accomplishments by announcing those staff members who achieved an “All-Star” status. Any individual staff member achieving a score of 3.9 or higher (on a four-point scale) has been named to the All-Star team. Special recognition also goes out to those staff members achieving a perfect “4.0” score.
