Key Takeaways:
• By integrating agentic AI with key business systems, companies can analyze data, evaluate leads and identify inefficiencies.
• With human direction, businesses can automate complex tasks, boost efficiency and free up employees to focus on building relationships.
Agentic AI has huge implications for business owners in the promo industry.
Isar Meitis, CEO of MultiplAI and a speaker at the ASI Power Summit on Oct. 26, told attendees there are three essentials for the current agentic era, where AI systems make decisions and execute with little to no human intervention: context about your business, access to business systems and memory, so that it continues to improve.

“Agentic AI builds a plan based on the data,” said Meitis. “It can show the entire engagement timeline.”
When AI is integrated with a company’s major systems, like a CRM platform, it can analyze the data and score whether a lead is a good fit for a company or not. “It can bridge the knowledge gap, and every morning you can read a brief or synthesis on the state of your company and where everything stands, and it lays out next steps,” said Meitis. “It’ll even show you discrepancies in POs.”
Meanwhile, with AI taking care of analyzing and synthesizing data, salespeople can focus on building relationships human to human.
“AI agents do it better, faster and cheaper than people,” said Meitis. “It can quickly analyze a proposal that didn’t win the business, apply judgment and suggest improvements.”
Importantly, human managers of agentic AI need to provide a solid plan for it to follow, and everything should be documented and governed by people. With those in place, said Meitis, business owners can see significant gains.
“Agentic AI is good at execution if you know how to use it,” he said.
