Prime Line Wins Four Awards at the PPAI Expo

PrimePromotional Products Association International (PPAI) recognized Prime Line, Bridgeport, Conn., with four awards during its national trade show event, PPAI Expo, in Las Vegas on Tuesday, Jan. 12.

Prime Line partnered with ProMark Agency Division, Promo Marketing’s custom publishing and creative services division, to create a comprehensive print and video marketing campaign in 2015. The companies were rewarded for their one-of-a-kind strategy with two Technology Awards (Gold and Silver) for their video work, and a Bronze Image Award for Prime Line’s 2015 “New and Trending” magalog.

Prime Line also received a Silver Achievement Award for Special Processes for its jumbo deboss decoration process.

The video for the Tough Tech Tablet Case (LT-4533), which received a Gold Technology Award, embraced the company’s unique direct-marketing look and feel. Prime Line posted the marketing campaign to promote the video on the product page of its website, Vimeo, YouTube and other social media platforms, and showcased it in the Prime trade show booth throughout the year.The company’s Silver Technology-Award-winning video, “The Power of Prime,” communicated the new, innovative and forward-thinking image of Prime Line. It debuted prior to a keynote address at ASI Orlando in 2015 and then was edited to be used as the corporate image video on the company’s website.

“I really enjoyed collaborating with the Promo Marketing team every step of the way, from script writing to shoots to editing,” said David Fiderer, director of marketing for Prime Line. “It was great to exchange ideas with John Gelety, Promo Marketing’s director of video services, and his team throughout the process. Prime Line’s Bronze Image Award recognized the insightful and effective 2015 catalog, which also was produced with ProMark Agency Division, that promoted new items and top sellers infused with editorial content, such as infographics, success stories and trend shorts. The end result was the industry’s first supplier magalog, which served as a bridge between Prime Line’s annual catalog and gift collection catalog.
