CleggPromo’s Big Sound Buttons on The Colbert Report

CleggPromo, headquartered in Gardena, Calif., and iPROMOTEu affiliate Jenny Begg worked together on a promotion that appeared on The Colbert Report. The “Trevor, May I?” Buttons, five different Big Sound Buttons from CleggPromo’s product line, were featured on Steven Colbert’s Colbert Report on Comedy Central on Tuesday, April 3.

The buttons were a part of Colbert’s “Super PAC Super Fun Pack,” a dig on the existing political super packs. These fun packs contain one of five different Big Sound Buttons from CleggPromo; Colbert encouraged fans to collect them all. Each button features comedic, “expert not-legal” advice from attorney Trevor Potter. Potter is a regular on The Colbert Report.

When pressed, the button plays Trevor’s voice giving the following advice: “I was hoping you wouldn’t ask that, because the answer is yes.” “I’m not entirely certain if that’s legal, but it would make for an interesting appeals process.” “If I were your lawyer I’d say no, but I’m a button so go nuts!” “Well, everything’s legal somewhere.” “Every time you press this button I’m billing you $200.”

The full episode is available on The Colbert Report website. To see the two clips of the Big Sound Button, watch minute 3:10-4:06 and 10:15-11:30.
