After 11 years as the product development manager at Nassau Candy, a candy manufacturer, importer and distributor based in Hicksville, N.Y., Elizabeth Cortez will transition to the same role at Chocolate Inn/Taylor & Grant, Freeport, N.Y.
“We are very excited to be having someone of Liz’s caliber join our company,” David Miller, Chocolate Inn/Taylor & Grant’s president said. “She has 15 years of experience in working and putting together custom confectionery SKUs. This adds a new dimension to our custom and creative capabilities towards packaging and sourcing to meet our clients’ special and diverse needs.”
Cortes is eager to begin her new role, which will entail creating custom products and introducing fresh new ideas to Chocolate Inn/Taylor & Grant’s product line.
