Employees of Crystal D, St. Paul, Minn., donated 13 units of blood through the American Red Cross Bloodmobile. The blood drive took place on May 13 from 1 to 4 p.m.
“The blood drive gave us another opportunity to give back to our community,” said Becca Bruns, marketing coordinator for Crystal D and blood drive organizer. “This year we saved 39 lives with a donation of 13 units of blood!”
This is the seventh year that Crystal D has hosted a blood drive. The company coordinates the drive with neighboring business, Warners’ Stellian.
