Facilisgroup, a software provider/distributor-partnering company for the industry, recently hosted its first in-person ThreeSixty sales training course in Toronto.
Part of Facilisgroup’s Amplifi sales education program, ThreeSixty is normally held virtually. The three-day in-person event, held at the Toronto location of Counselor Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887) in June, allowed for additional peer networking.
Claire Lavoy, professional development manager for Amplifi, and Kevin Schnepp, director of partner success for Facilisgroup, co-facilitated the event with professional development topics like “The Power of No” and “Proactive Selling Techniques and Growth Tracking,” as well as the value of supplier partnerships and training on Syncore, Facilisgroup’s cloud-based software solution.
“It was great to see a group of reps from different companies come together and collaborate to grow,” said Lavoy. “I saw reps leave feeling more confident in their roles and better equipped to prospect and grow their books of business to take their sales to the next level. I’m excited to keep working with these amazing sales reps and cheer them on as they reach their goals.”
Attendees also enjoyed outings to a nearby bowling alley and the Royal Canadian Yacht Club and were given a tour of PCNA’s decoration facility, led by Bill Peterson, PCNA’s regional vice president of sales.

Facilisgroup recently held a two-day Partner Summit in Toronto. The company is headquartered in St. Louis, MO, with a Canadian location in Ottawa.
