In 2007, Gemini Mfg./Jetline, Mt. Vernon, N.Y., will celebrate its 10 year anniversary. The company recently moved into a new facility located at 30 Warren Place, Mount Vernon, N.Y.,10550. While the address has changed, phone and fax numbers remain the same.
Eric Levin, president, reflected on the company’s growth and praised the efforts of its distributors.
“I can’t believe it’s already been 10 years. We started out with just a handful of people and one item, and we now have around 100 employees, 1,500 exciting products and we took over more space in the building we moved into only several months ago to bring the total [space] to almost 100,000 square foot,” he said. “We couldn’t have done any of it without the fantastic distributors in our industry, the companies that help us get our message out to them, and all the hard-working people here at Jetline.”
As part of the company’s ongoing customer service improvement efforts, Jetline has increased phone capacity, trained and hired additional customer service and internal sales managers, as well as improved production processes and imprinting capabilities.
“Growth and longevity are fine, but our ultimate goal is to join the truly elite suppliers in this industry when it comes to exceeding expectations on all service levels,” concluded Levin.
