Gill Studios Hires New Company Field Sales Managers

Lisa LeMond, director of sales for Gill Studios, based in Lenexa, Kan., has established an outside sales force to enhance the distributor’s one-on-one contact with the company. Gill Studios announced the next extension of the company’s sales team with the addition of field sales managers Joe Gavern, Jamie Becker, Gene Guire and Jennifer Sedran.

“The new field sales managers will be working alongside our established regional sales teams, which will now have three members per team,” said Paul Lage, president and CEO of Gill Studios. “The field sales managers will be calling on a set territory within the five established regions.”

In 2011, regional sales associates were added to the sales team. Together with the regional sales managers they were able to provide region focused sales support to our distributors. “Now with the addition of field sales managers we are ready to expand and meet our distributor customers in the field. The Gill Power of Three will provide unparalleled support, sales tools and ideas that only Gill-line can offer,” stated LeMond.

Joe Gavern joined Gill Studios as the greater Southern California territory field sales manager. With over 20 years of sales experience, Gavern brings a wealth of knowledge to the Los Angeles market and this newly created position. Prior to joining Gill Studios, he was a sales consultant at Striker Media responsible for direct sales of print advertising and web site design for high end destination publications in the Los Angeles market.

Jaime Becker will be the greater Chicago territory field sales manager. Becker has a strong administrative, sales, and recruitment background. She has a constant desire to learn and the philosophy that sales is a lifetime learning process. Her customer service background, great communication skills and creativity are an asset to the Gill Studios sales force.

Gene Guire joined the company as its greater Florida territory field sales manager. He possesses a strong expertise and knowledge of territory sales throughout the southeast region. Guire has held a number of senior positions in sales and marketing with Skyline Exhibits and Albert Uster Imports and looks forward to being a resource for his customers.

Jennifer Sedran will become Gill Studios’ greater New York/New Jersey territory field sales manager. Sedran brings with her over 16 years of progressive experience in consultative sales and business development. Her high energy and passion for sales will be a welcome addition to the Gill Studios team. Prior to joining the company, Sedran was a catering sales manager for Boston Market restaurants in the NJ/PA market. She has also held various sales-focused positions at Sara Lee, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Edy’s Ice Cream.

The field sales managers began extensive training on Gill Studios’ product assortment and factory capabilities in April. The addition of these new managers will continue to assist distributors in driving current business while creating new order opportunities by offering product knowledge, solution-based selling ideas and case histories. Gill Studios continues to enhance the customer experience by creating multiple touch points by which the distributor may interact with the company.
