Innovation Line, Culver City, Calif., announced that Mike Giacoletti joined the company as customer service manager. Giacoletti, a 10-year industry veteran, joins Innovation Line following several years of employment as a customer service manager at a top industry supplier and also having worked for a large industry distributor.
“We’re extremely excited to have Mike on board,” said Eddie Blau, company president. “He’s a double threat, having previously worked as a distributor and most recently as the customer service manager of another large supplier. He understands the industry from both sides of the equation and that knowledge will prove invaluable for our entire company.
