In her role as sports and entertainment concierge, Norman provides assistance in booking premium seating, suite access, hospitality and meeting space to any sporting event, venue, concert, family show or theater production across the country. She can also secure access to national events such as The Masters, Super Bowl, World Series, Stanley Cup, All-Star Games and NCAA Bowl Games. This complements the services Lapgevity currently provides the sports and entertainment markets in terms of season ticket holder gifts, game day apparel and fan appreciation promotions.
Prior to teaming up with Lapgevity, Norman held various positions with what was known as the Southwest Sports Group (Dallas Stars Hockey, Texas Rangers Baseball and Mesquite Championship Rodeo). During her 17-year tenure, she spent four years overseeing hospitality and group tickets for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and five years as vice president of new business development for the Dallas Stars Hockey Club. Norman has spent the last two years as the North Texas market director for Sports Shares, a fractional luxury suite club. From a volunteer perspective, she has served on the executive committee of the Association of Luxury Suite Directors and the NHL Premium Ticketing Advisory committee.
