Leed’s Announces Sales Force Expansion to Meet Growth

Pittsburgh-based Leed’s, a member of Polyconcept North America and the second largest supplier within the promotional products industry, announced it will expand its sales team based on recent sales growth by hiring three regional sales managers, Kristen O’Leary, Sandy Damjanoski, and Rick Jeronimus; two new business development representatives, Brian Anderson and Jason Fularz; and an inside sales manager, Chuck Helden. In addition, they will be hiring Dave Lassman as the new vice president of operations and making several changes to the sales structure.

Rick French, currently the regional sales manager for southern California and Nevada, will be moving to the east coast representing Leed’s in Southern Virginia and North Carolina. As part of the restructuring, new regional sales manager O’Leary will work within Southern California and Nevada in French’s previous territory. Damjanoski will represent Leed’s in Illinois and Rick Jeronimus will oversee Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Mississippi.

To support the regional sales efforts, two new National account coordinator positions have been developed. Sherri Talton, a five-year Leed’s veteran who most recently was the order processing supervisor, will work with accounts in Central United States and Canada. New to Leed’s, Nancy Shaffer, will be the national account coordinator for both the east and west coasts of the United States.

New business development representatives Anderson will handle customers within Southern Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Mississippi while recent hire Fularz will be responsible for Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Eastern New York. Current business development representatives Becky Yaniro and Kim Reubel have been assigned to new geographic territories: Yaniro will handle Florida and Reubel will handle Illinois.

To better support the growing inside sales department, a second inside sales manager has been hired. Chuck Helden will work along side Mary Beach and will oversee Central and Western United States sales territories and will also manage efforts with national accounts. To support Helden, new national business development representative positions have been created. Pete Catone and Mike Ogden, currently key business development representatives, will fill the national business development roles.

In addition, Dave Lassman will be joining Leed’s as the vice president of operations and will manage manufacturing, including engineering, warehouse operations, shipping, scheduling, and production operations in New Kensington, Pennsylvania and Warren, Ohio. He will also oversee customer operations. Lassman consulted Leed’s over the last several years and assisted on improvements in order processing, product development, and implemented metrics within the overall organization.
