In an unprecedented industry move, Pittsburgh-based Leed’s has extended the hours of its SureShip express-order program. Orders placed as late as 12:00 a.m. (EST) will be shipped the next day at no additional charge.
SureShip was the first industry program that offered a next-day shipping option. With all of Leed’s products qualifying for the program, as well as 90 percent of decorating methods included and few restrictions on artwork, SureShip has maintained the top position in express shipping.
In 2005, Leed’s made its customer service department available 24 hours. Now, with the fastest turnaround time and least restrictions, the company provides a service combination to meet distributors’ every need.
