Leed’s, Pittsburgh, recently promoted several of its employees.
Gretchen Stokes, the current director of WorldSource, Leed’s custom and importing division, has been promoted to the newly created position of director of internal sales. Mary Beach, the previous supervisor of inside sales, will report to Stokes in her new role as manager of inside sales. Gary Cervi, the current manager of inside sales, will now handle Pennsylvania and Delaware in his new position as regional sales manager. Michael Rosenbaum, the previous regional sales manager for that territory, will continue to handle western New York’s territory and will contribute to the overall sales effort from Leed’s headquarters in Pittsburgh. Previous restructuring occurred in April, including the advancement of Scott Anderson to the position of national sales manager for the central region.
Stokes joined Leed’s in 2002 as the manager of WorldSource. In her tenure at Leed’s, she has led WorldSource to a 200 percent sales increase. In addition to heading up WorldSource, in her new role, Stokes is responsible for managing and growing the inside sales department. She will oversee the overall performance and strategic direction of both departments.
Beach joined Leed’s in 2000 as a business development representative. She was promoted to inside sales supervisor in 2004. Beach looks forward to collaborating more closely with the company’s custom and importing division.
Cervi joined Leed’s in 2001 and has managed the inside sales group through significant expansion and sales growth over the past six years. He will officially move into his new role effective Jan., 2, 2008, but will begin to transition in October, traveling within his sales territory to meet customers.
Rosenbaum joined Leed’s in 1992. He has will continue to stay involved with Leed’s in more of an internal capacity in the upcoming year. Rosenbaum has created strong relationships with his customers, contributed knowledge and ideas to Leed’s, and has been an integral player to Leed’s during his 15-year tenure with the company.
In Anderson’s new position as national sales manager, he assists central regional sales managers in implementing and executing strategies to help distributors grow their business. With more than 15 years as a regional manager, Anderson brings a wealth of experience and strong distributor relationships to his new position.
