Headquartered in Provo, Utah, Natural Trends announced that four patents have been secured for its proprietary Sani-Pen dispenser. The pen-shaped spray sanitizer was first introduced three years ago. While additional patents are pending, the recent patents provide protection for the invention in the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan.
The unique dispenser easily clips on to a pocket or lapel, and the twist-lock pump design eliminates the need for a cap, making the product convenient, quick and easy to use. The test tube-like container holds a half ounce of liquid and delivers more than 200 sprays. The popularity of the device in the promotional market has also opened the door to a variety of retail introductions which are now underway.
