Our Fave 5 Promotional Products of the Week: Giant Bubbles, Superman Figurines and More

Today is one of those time warp days for us. Well, some of us at least. We had to check the calendar and our phones multiple times to confirm that it was, in fact, Wednesday. And since it’s Wednesday, it means it’s time for another edition of our Fave 5.

This week, we cover items celebrating our beloved baseball (with a superhero twist), movie promotions and parodies, and more.

1. FOCO’S MLB/DC Comics Philadelphia Phillies Bobblehead

FOCO’s Superman and Batman bobbleheads give the DC Comics characters a chance to tout Major League Baseball’s clubs. Whenever the national pastime resumes, here’s hoping that Promo Marketing’s favorite team reaches the heights that Superman has secured for them in this collectible.

2. Disney Face Masks for COVID Relief

Disney theme parks are looking to open back up, but with the likely stipulation that all guests wear masks. People already flock to the park with Mickey Mouse ears or T-shirts with their favorite characters. This is another way to show Disney love while staying safe and protecting others. Also, the money raised from the masks go to a good cause.

3. ‘This Is A CinemaSins Shirt’

Pennsylvania’s stay-at-home order has given us some time to develop an added appreciation for the composition of movies, leading us to become enamored with CinemaSins. Declaring that “No movie is without sin,” the YouTube channel is a must for film buffs, as is its corresponding merchandise. Proceeds from some items, including this shirt, will benefit Mental Health America.

4. R5 Productions Vans

Last week we included a few designs from Philly music venues raising money while their doors are shut. This week, we saw these Vans with a pattern that Philly music fans might recognize. R5 Productions, a show promoter in Philly, used the design from the stage carpet at the First Unitarian Church, which has hosted punk bands from all over the world , to raise money for its staff.

OK, we’re throwing it back a little with this one. But this is as good as experiential marketing gets. Sure, it’d be hard to see from inside it with the imprinted messages on both sides, but you’d get used to it. We’ve heard of walking billboards, but rolling billboards are new.
