Penn Emblem Company, Philadelphia, observed National Safety Month for the month of June. The company teamed up with the National Safety Council to focus on reducing the leading causes of injury and death.
Every Friday, all staff received a safety fact sheet and checklist to help prevent injuries at work or at home. In addition, the National Safety Council celebrated the month with the theme “What I Live For.” Penn Emblem expressed the important of putting safety first for all its employees and customers.
