PPAI, RAC Announce New Board Members

Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) just announced its newest board members.

As a result of the 2014 PPAI 2014 board of directors election, Dale T. Denham, MAS+, chief information officer of distributor, Geiger, Lewiston, Maine, and Norm Hullinger, CEO of supplier alphabroder, Trevose, Pa., have each earned a seat. Additionally, Scott Hareid, president of multi-line representative agency, Haried Marketing has been appointed as the The Regional Association Council (RAC) delegate to the PPAI board.

New members terms will begin after the PPAI Expo 2015, with Hullinger and Denham serving four-year terms and Hareid having a two-year term.

The governing body for PPAI, its board of directors plays a major role in directing strategic activities, adopting policies and approving budgets. In the month-long election, PPAI sends ballots to all company members who vote for the distributor and supplier candidates. This year, votes increased more than 30 percent over previous years.

“On behalf of all the PPAI membership, I can say that we are excited to be welcoming these new board members,” says Mark Jenkins, MAS+, PPAI chair of the board. “Their experience in the industry will be invaluable to the association as we continue to grow and expand, and I look forward to the contributions of the new directors and RAC delegate as we strive to build collaborative solutions in support of the promotional products industry.”
