The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that Saro Trading Co., Burbank, Calif., is recalling its children’s nightgowns due to a flammability risk.
Though the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries, the cotton nightgowns did not meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear.
The recall involves five styles of nightgowns, which were available at Francie Hargrove Interior Designs, Georges Girls Luxe Sleep and Nichols in the U.S. The nightgowns have “Taleen” printed on the neck label, and are embroidered with either eyelet trimming, ribbons on the chest or buttons on the item’s center.
The CPSC recommended that consumers immediately take the item away from children and contact Saro Trading Co. for a full refund.
