Selco, a watch supplier based in Tulsa, Okla., recently introduced Charles Schmidt as its customer service account executive.
“Charles has stepped right in and made a big difference in our customer-service department,” Selco owner Mark Abels said. “He has a true understanding of what it takes to serve customers. We have given him a lot of different tasks early on because he is fast and efficient. He shows real enthusiasm and excitement for the job every day. Schmidt comes from the communications industry where he worked in technical support for several years.
