The Hudson Valley Umbrella Company, parent company of Valley Cottage, New York-based Stromberg Brand Umbrellas, has announced the hiring of 23-year industry veteran Jim Miller of Miller and Associates as its multi-line sales representative in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Miller started his career in the promotional products industry as a company reprepresentative before founding his own multi-line group.
“Jim has built tremendous relationships with the distributors in his territory, and brings professionalism and a real passion for the industry to everything he does,” Dan Pigott, director of sales for the Hudson Valley Umbrella Company, said. “Distributors will appreciate the business-building ideas he has for integrating our products into their clients’ programs.”
Miller also is a U.S. Navy veteran, and enjoys tennis, golf and cycling.
