As Texas recovers from one of most severe storms to hit the Gulf region in decades, Sweda Company LLC, City of Industry, Calif., announced that it has made a donation of more than $30,000 for immediate relief efforts.
Through a company-wide cash drive (with corporate matching efforts), Sweda Company LLC team members and their families raised more than $1,500 for the American Red Cross’ emergency assistance programs. In addition to cash, the company has sent more than $30,000 worth of products (including in-demand items such as blankets, power banks, fans and backpacks) to help those affected by the storm in their recovery and rebuilding efforts.
