Summer has always been one of the busiest seasons in the promotional products industry.

What has changed over the past few years is not the demand itself. It is what buyers expect from the products they order.
Not long ago, many promotional campaigns were built around ordering large quantities of the same item and distributing them over time. Today, buyers are looking for products that feel more connected to a specific event, audience, or experience. They want merchandise that feels exclusive. They want shorter runs, faster turnaround times, and in many cases, some level of personalization.

Those changing expectations are also influencing equipment investments. As promotional campaigns become more targeted and quantities shrink, UV printing has become an increasingly attractive option because it allows suppliers to decorate a wide range of products with minimal setup, making short-run and event-specific production more practical than traditional workflows.
