Drink It In

People have their brand allegiances when it comes to beverages. They have their preferred brand of coffee, their favorite soda, and their go-to drink at the bar. Helping a beverage brand build awareness and customer loyalty has a lot do with its promotional advertising. This means products like drinkware, apparel and barware are crucial to the success of the brand. Distributors also need to be mindful about where and how these products will be used, and whether or not they promote the particular client’s brand identity.

AIA to Launch Its Own Power Meeting Event Powered by Promo Marketing

Neenah, Wisconsin-based AIA Corporation has announced it will host its first AIA Power Meeting in partnership with Promo Marketing, Philadelphia, to be held at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix from Oct. 26 to 28. The event matches preferred suppliers with AIA Corporation owners to meet in a one-on-one setting, where they can learn how to grow their partnership and collaborate on existing and future projects.

“The Power Meeting format is a great opportunity for our owners to privately meet with AIA’s preferred suppliers,” said Cathy Cummings, supplier relations manager for AIA Corporation. “Owners can learn the benefits these key suppliers bring to help grow their businesses and to find out about new products being introduced that may fit their clients’ next projects. The Power Meeting format goes hand-in-hand with what AIA is all about—building and growing supplier and distributor relationships. Most importantly, it’s the ideal setting for relationships with our most valued partners!”
The format will be similar to Promo Marketing’s Power Meeting events. Owners and preferred suppliers will have short, 20-minute meetings with one another—maximizing networking, productivity and collaboration.
“We are thrilled with the opportunity to work with AIA on this exciting venture,” said Meghan DeFrancesco, vice president/publisher/brand director for Promo Marketing. “We have loved hosting AIA owners at our Promo Marketing Power Meetings in the past, and we are excited that we can now offer them an exclusive event aimed to grow relationships with their preferred partners. It will also offer suppliers the best opportunity to grow their businesses within the AIA network.”
“We have been exploring additional meeting opportunities to offer our owners, and found partnering with Promo Marketing to be an ideal solution to fulfill this need,” said Stacey McConnell, MAS, manager of marketing strategy and execution for AIA Corporation. “In listening to our owners, they have found this format to be very beneficial for them. We are looking forward to being able to offer an exclusive one-on-one meeting event with our supplier partners that will provide owners with sales and marketing strategies to help build their businesses.”
